Come Sing With Us!

Soli Deo Gloria is open to adults without audition.  Our upcoming concert is 3:00 in the afternoon, Saturday, May 2, 2009, at First United Methodist Church.  Our concerts are free--a gift to the community.  We ask attendees to bring one or more non-perishable food items for Care & Share.   There is a free-will offering at Intermission.

Rehearsals for our current season began on January 12, 2009. We rehearse Monday nights from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM in the Banquet Hall in the basement of First United Methodist Church, 420 North Nevada Avenue downtown. To sing this semester, you needed to have joined (paid dues and purchased music) by the conclusion of the second rehearsal, January 19, 2009, but we accept new members at the beginning of eash Fall and Spring semester. Email us at info@solideogloriacs.org with your contact information to be including in mailings for our upcoming seasons.

What does it cost?  Soli Deo Gloria members purchase their own music; $30 for fall 2008.  Dues for one semester are $35.  New members have their dues fee waived, since they will be purchasing performance attire in their first season.  See the Handbook for performance attire and other details.
