The choir's annual meeting will be held on Monday, April 19th at 5:30 pm. The meeting will also include a potluck supper. Please make time to join us. Here's the agenda for the meeting:

- For Shirley Propsom who is in remission from leukemia.
- For Elinor Stidham and her family on the loss of her husband. Please keep her grandson in your prayers, as well. He will continue treatment for his injuries after a visit with his family here.
- For Flo Sterk as she recovers from a broken ankle.
- For Aldy Enloe as she continues cancer treatment.
- For Joan Silverstein as she recovers from surgery and cancer treatment.
- For any members' friends or relatives who suffer with cancer.

Concert Program Ads Due: Monday March 29th - All ad sales, as well as other submissions are due.
Board Meeting: Monday April 5th 5:30 pm - Wesley room
Annual Meeting: Monday, April 19th 5:30 pm - This will be a pot luck supper and meeting.
Concert Week:
Monday, April 26th 7:00 pm - in the practice room
Thursday, April 29th 6:30 pm - in the sanctuary
Friday- April 30th 6:15 pm - in the sanctuary

| PROGRAM AD SALES
All ad sales, as well as other submissions are due on Monday, March 29. After that, we have two weeks to finish the layout and present it to the printer.
For those in the process of obtaining ads, be sure to download or print the REVISED AD AGREEMENT from the web site at http://solideogloriacs.org/members.htm since both the form and the rates have changed.
The copy for each ad must be camera ready. If you are given a business card as the original copy, it will be hard to make it work for an ad bigger than 1/8 of a page. For more information on quality copy see the camera-ready tips on the Soli website. |
| BUTTER BRAID SALE
Cookies and Butter Braids will be delivered at practice on March 29, just in time for Easter! If you have an insulated bag it would be nice to bring it to carry the braids/cookies home, but it is not necessary. They are frozen solid and will stay that way until you get home. Keep them frozen until ready to bake. Prizes will be awarded for the people with the 3 highest total sales. |
| TEXAS ROADHOUSE COUPONS ARE AVAILABLE
The coupons for $5.00 off a meal at the Texas Roadhouse on 8th Street will be on sale again at practice on Monday, March 29th. To date, we've raised $165 for Soli with this offer. If we are able to sell all of the coupons it's worth $300 to the choir! These coupons may be used by you, or given to friends. So show up with your cash or check Monday night and buy a coupon for yourselves or friends. Where else can you get $5.00 off your meal for only $3.00? |
| PIKES PEAK YOUTH RINGERS CONCERTS
The Pikes Peak Youth Ringers have upcoming concerts on April 15th, 7 pm at Frontier Elementary School, and on May 20th, 3 pm at First Christian Church. You should check them out. As an encore piece they do "Joshua Fit the Battle of Jericho"!! Jill saw them at Gateway Presbyterian and says it was GREAT!!! For more info go to http://Youth.PikesPeakRingers.com.
