Juliette's Notes

Thanks to all who sold ads and Butter Braids. Your dedication is greatly appreciated.

The General Membership Meeting/New Board member election is on April 11. Dinner is at 5:30pm and the meeting starts at 6:00 pm.

Information for Guest Choirs Singing with Soli

Here's a few items that should clarify our plans for the guest choirs who will join our concert:

1. We will be singing items 9 and 10 in our concert order -- Anthem of Dedication by  Warren Martin and The Old 100th Psalm Tune by Ralph Vaughan William.

2. If guest singers do not have music of their own Soli will provide it.

3. Practice for the guest choir members is on Monday, May 2nd from 7:00 to 7:30 p.m. and/or Thursday, May 5th at 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.  Please be seated and ready to sing at that time.

4.  We will rehearse items 9 and 10 first. Singers joining us from other choirs are free to leave after that or may stay and listen to the rest of practice.

5. On concert day, Saturday, May 7, the call for all singers is at 1:45 p.m. The concert begins at 3:00 p.m.

6. For concert day, if possible, please wear the concert robes for your organization. This is not a requirement, however.

7. Any one from the guest choirs is welcome to come.

8.
If you have any other questions please give Juliette a call at 640-1171.  If your choir director needs a personal call give Juliette a contact name and phone number and she'll be happy to make the call. Or, if it's easier, your contact can call Juliette.

The FINAL DAY to let us know if members of a guest choir will sing with us is Monday, May 2nd. We will need the following information:
1. Your name
2. Organization name
3. Director's name
4. Names of singers and voice parts for singers
