 Note:  Spring Concert Fliers will be posted here when available.  Meanwhile, please disregard this paragraph.  The Winter Concert Announcement with a plain background is now posted here.  If you would like it with a red background, then you can find the red one here.  Please go to either link and print as many copies on your own printer as you would like to share with friends and family.  Be aware that the flier with the red background will take lots of toner or ink.  You could also just print the plain flier on the colored paper of your choice.  Also... highly recommended: You can copy this announcement file, attach it to an email, and send via email to anyone on your distribution list that you believe might enjoy our next concert.

  New!  Link to add your email address to our email distribution list.  Potential members can see what we're up to, current members who for what ever reason are not getting our email can get back on the list, or you can even add a second email address if you want to receive updates at more than one email account.

  The 2009-2010 Member Handbook has been updated slightly, correcting one phone number and adding the deadline date for advertisement submissions. Some additional dates, especially for the Spring Semester, are still to be announced, and updates to the handbook will be posted as soon as these dates are decided.

  Link to Rehearsal Files.  These files are intended only for member use in preparation for the Spring concert.  Note... Spring rehearsal files are now posted.

 The Advertising Agreement Form  is now posted.  Simply click on the link and print as many copies as you need.  The rates have changed slightly, so please don't use an older form.  Note that the deadline for advertising submissions is 29 March 2010.  See also, the camera-ready tips regarding quality.
