  The registration form for Fall 2011 is now available.  Please click on this link and either save the form to your computer and then fill it in, or else you can do the same thing on line.  Be sure to print out your filled-in form when completed and bring the paper copy with you to registration.  This web site will not save your inserted information.

 An initial 2011 Flier for our May concert is now posted.  Just go to this link and print as many copies on your own printer as you would like to share with friends and family.  If you want to get fancy, you can even print on colored paper.  You can also copy this announcement file, attach it to an email, and send via email to anyone on your distribution list that you believe might enjoy our next concert.  However, you may want to wait until the concert date gets closer.  A press release will be available soon.  Once available here, please help us by posting this press release and/or the flier in any publications over which you have control.

  Link to add your email address to our email distribution list.  Potential members can see what we're up to, current members who for what ever reason are not getting our email can get back on the list, or you can even add a second email address if you want to receive updates at more than one email account.

  The updated Spring 2011 Member Handbook is posted as of 22 January 2011.  Simply click on the link and print yourself a copy, or save it to your computer, or better yet just refer to it online.  If you find any errors in this handbook, please contact your webmaster or any member of the board with specifics about what needs to be changed, or even if you just have questions. 

   Link to Rehearsal Files.  (Note that these files were for the Fall 2010 concert... 2011 files will be posted as available.)  These files are intended only for member use in preparation for concerts.  Once on the site you can download the songs and listen to them or burn them to a CD.  If you would like to have a CD but can't make one for yourself please contact Marie, our email coordinator, who has offered to burn a CD for you at no charge. Or if you just need a little help figuring out how to do it yourself she has offered to help you with that as well.

This form can now be filled in electronically.  Just like the registration form, you can save the form to your computer and then fill it in, or else you can do the same thing on line.  Be sure to print out your filled-in form when completed.  This web site will not save your inserted information.  Also, once again the deadline for submission has changed so please don't use an older form.  The submission deadline is Monday, 1 April 2011.  See also, the camera-ready tips regarding quality.
